About Us

Located at a city called Itauna in Brazil, Incomfral Indústria e Comércio de Fraldas Ltda., was born with focus on industrial textile production for babies´s products mainly nappies and crib accessories. Nowadays the company also offers products for children including under national and international licensing. Founded in 1981 by Mr. Emanoel Sérgio Menezes Mourão and Mr. Jove Gerson Nogueira de Araujo, in 2021 Incomfral celebrates 40 years with great sucess.

The entrepreneurial vision from the managers, the excelent market insights and the committment with our employees, clientes, comunnity and above all the committment with quality on our products, allowed Incomfral´s expansion with highlight on their activity field. During the course of its history, the organization got great expertise on textile segment consolidating its name on such market.

A history of success, dedication and care.

Under different product lines its possible to find outfit for bed set and bath set for babies and children using different materials as 100% Cotton and poliéster blend. This expansion has resulted on the consolidation of Incomfral´s credibility.

Incomfral´s head office has 30.000 m². Today, the plant has capacity for 2,5 million /metters production. These figures confirm and consolidate the constant development and growth of the Company. Besides that, Incomfral has important numbers that shows its mission on the market.

Totally committed with envinronment and social responsability, Incomfral is in charge of programs and activities that contributes to society development.

S E T – Station of Effluents Treatment

All water used by Incomfral receives an special treatment at the Station of Effluents before returning to the local river called “Ribeirão da Joanica”. During the treatment at the station, any element that may cause damage to the environment is removed. Due to it, it´s possible to guarantee the river´s preservation. It´s important to elucidate that Incomfral has also a rain water benefit system. This is a nice way of optmizing the use of water that is reintegrated to environment later on resulting on economy and more important than that, a true example of sustainability.

Social Conscience

Every month Incomfral makes donations and contributions to philanthropic entities from Itauna. Besides that, they count with individuals with special needs on their staff. They also have a program that offers to young people their first job opportunity.

Industrial Park

Conected to the main worldwide technological innovation, Incomfral constantly invests on its industrial park modernization. They always get new machinery to improve their performance and productivity. This also allow them to offer a complete mix of products to the market.

Incomfral has a non-stop industrial production, 24 hours of activities divided by shifts. With over 650 employees , Incomfral offers improving through training programs for operational, administrative and manager levels. All sectors work under strict standards of quality in the continual search for process improvement and better results. Incomfral developed also a program of suggestion called PSIU. This program is a way to encourage the participation of all employees on the company´s process improvement. Whenever a suggestion made by an employee is accepted by the company, the person receives a bonus.
